Artificial Intelligence sebagai Media Studi Biblis di Gereja Karismatik dan Implikasinya bagi Keotentikan Iman Jemaat di Era Algoritma

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has introduced a new paradigm in biblical studies within ecclesial contexts, including Charismatic churches. This article aims to analyze the use of AI as a medium for biblical study and its implications for the authenticity of congregational faith in the age of algorithms. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach through theological, sociological, and hermeneutical literature review, this study examines the opportunities and challenges arising from the integration of AI in biblical interpretation, faith formation, and spiritual development within Charismatic communities. The findings indicate that AI can function as a pedagogical and hermeneutical aid that enhances access to biblical resources, yet it also risks reducing the relational, pneumatological, and experiential dimensions of faith that are central to Charismatic spirituality. Therefore, a critical theological framework is necessary to position AI as a supportive medium rather than a replacement for the authority of Scripture, the role of the Holy Spirit, and the faith community, in order to preserve the authenticity of congregational faith amid algorithmic dominance.
