Membangun Generasi Produktif: Peran Pendidikan, Teknologi, dan Inovasi dalam Perspektif Kristen

This article discusses the integration of education, technology, and innovation from a Christian perspective as a key pillar in building a productive generation in the era of globalization. The background of this research is based on the fact that Indonesia is experiencing a demographic bonus period that can be a great potential for national development, but also poses serious challenges related to the quality of human resources, disparities in access to education, and a weak culture of innovation. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of Christian education as a foundation for the formation of Christ's character, examine the use of technology as a means of developing digital literacy and increasing the effectiveness of faith learning, and examine innovation as a form of creative response to the needs of the times without losing sight of spirituality. The research method used is a literature study with a practical theological approach, which combines academic theological literature, Christian education journals, and empirical studies related to the use of technology and innovation in the context of education in Indonesia. The results show that Christian education is not merely the transfer of knowledge, but the transformation of hearts and minds that strengthen moral values amidst the global ethical crisis. Technology has proven to be an enabler of productivity in the ministry of churches and Christian schools, such as the use of digital platforms for Bible study and the development of interactive faith media. Innovation is an expression of the imago Dei that encourages Christians to produce creative solutions for the common good. The conclusion of this study is that the integration of education, technology, and innovation from a Christian perspective can produce a productive generation that not only excels academically but also has Christ-like character, is creative, and is able to adapt to changing times.
