Pendekatan Pastoral Konseling untuk Self-Care: Komitmen Hidup dan Pelayanan berdasarkan 1 Korintus 15:1-11

Burnout merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi pelayan Kristen dan berpotensi menurunkan kualitas pelayanan, mengganggu kesehatan fisik, emosional, spiritual, serta melemahkan komitmen hidup dan pelayanan. Di sisi lain, self-care sering dipandang sebagai praktik yang kurang sejalan dengan semangat pengorbanan dalam pelayanan. Padahal, pemeliharaan diri yang sehat diperlukan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan panggilan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kasih karunia dalam 1 Korintus 15:1–11 dengan komitmen hidup dan pelayanan, menjelaskan pentingnya self-care dalam perspektif pastoral konseling, serta merumuskan implikasi pastoral konseling bagi keberlanjutan komitmen hidup dan pelayanan Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Data diperoleh dari literatur biblika, teologi, pastoral konseling, dan penelitian terkait burnout serta self-care, kemudian dianalisis melalui eksposisi teks 1 Korintus 15:1–11 dan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kasih karunia dalam 1 Korintus 15:1–11 merupakan fondasi teologis yang membentuk identitas, memulihkan masa lalu, menopang ketahanan pelayanan, dan memampukan pelayan menjalankan panggilannya secara berkelanjutan. Self-care dipahami sebagai respons terhadap kasih karunia Allah yang bekerja secara holistik dalam aspek spiritual, emosional, relasional, fisik, dan vokasional. Konseling pastoral berperan penting dalam mengintegrasikan kasih karunia dan self-care melalui pendampingan, supervisi, retret, serta dukungan psikologis dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa self-care bukan bentuk egoisme, melainkan tanggung jawab iman yang mendukung keberlanjutan komitmen hidup dan pelayanan yang berakar pada kasih karunia Allah.
